Postage & Packaging

Some items will incur an extra charge due to length of item.If a surcharge is needed a member of staff will contact you regarding this to arrange addtional payment. If you wish to upgrade your delivery service please contact us. Please note that Islands and Northern Island may incur extra charges due to weight or size of order. Should you require delivery prices outside the UK please contact us.

Product Descriptions and Prices

Product descriptions and prices are made to be as accurate as possible. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate,complete and error-free. AntennaZ reserves the rights to alter product descriptions and product prices without giving prior notice to potential or existing customers. We also reserve the rights to update an error on a price on orders already processed; in this case the customer will be contacted as soon as possible.


Payment is in British Pounds Sterling and for all countries out with the UK the exchange rate at the time of payment/refund transfer will apply. Please note this may vary from the time of order. We do not retain details of your credit card information as all transactions are directed through PayPal and their terms and conditions will apply to all payments/refunds. Please be advised order will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. We are able to accept payments using the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Diner Card and Solo. You can use these cards for payment by using PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.


We DO NOT ACCEPT none faulty returns, or items made to be faulty so they can be returned! We test ALL electrical items prior to dispatch, we also log all serial numbers and security mark all products.

If the product is NOT found to be factory faulty it will be returned to you at your expense.

If you do not agree with our “RETURNS" policy please do not purchase from us. 

Sorry we have to be blunt and harsh as some people think its ok to try and rip us off, it is your responsibility to ensure that the carrier you use to return the goods will compensate you for any damage/losses caused during transit as we cannot accept responsibility for and/or give a refund for goods damaged or lost in transit. All returns must reach us no later than 14 days after the day you receive them to qualify for a refund on factory faulty good.


All goods are inspected by us prior to dispatch and leave our premises in perfect working condition. All goods also carry a guarantee against manufacturing defects that is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You should inspect your goods immediately on delivery and notify us by e-mail without delay of any damages/losses.under no circumstances can we accept responsibility for goods that have not been inspected by you prior to accepting them from our carrier as having been received in good condition. If there is any sign of damage to packaging you should ensure that the contents are carefully checked for damage and loss and ensure that any such damage and/or losses is recorded in writing by the carrier at the time of delivery. We advise that signed documentation from the carrier noting damage and/or losses should be requested by you, and retained by you. We may request a copy of the documentation from you as it may be required by us when submitting a claim to our carrier for damages. You will receive a replacement for any item that has been damaged or lost in transit to you provided you have not accepted your order as complete and/or received in good condition as under these circumstances neither we or our carrier will accept any responsibility for damage or loss. If you do not inspect your order at the time of delivery please ensure that it is noted by the carrier otherwise they will not accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
